As part of IHG's global (America's, EMEA, APAC) reposition and re-launch of the Priority Club Rewards (PCR) guest loyalty program, we were tasked with delivering over 470 (250 animated) OLAs for their "Screaming" promotion. They were to be distributed across 3 continents and in 7 different languages. The creative team had less than two weeks to deliver. I devised the strategy that allowed us to meet their deadline while maintaining creative integrity and with one very small creative team. I had one day to train and bring the team up to speed. Leveraging the latest advancements within our creative tools, we were able to complete the task within one week (3 days for the creative alone). The solution was efficient and deployable.
